Dexter Prokim; acting as a precursor of especially the ‘nano’ ceramics technology in Turkey, serves the sector by integrating the licensed production system.
This definition was developed first for the sharing of information, and then for the sharing of quality. The sharing of information refers to the free of charge preparation and presentation of a special report after the evaluation of the metal surface which the business will use, followed by the analysis of chemical solutions that are 100% compatible with this surface.
On the other hand, the sharing of quality refers to applications that exactly match the “prescription” described in the report, and the quality that is evaluated within the scope of joint studies with the business after brands/products/formula coating applications that have passed international tests are tested on the relevant samples.
With an understanding of “knowledge” that is based on the sharing of the correct solutions for many years together with Turkey’s most experienced technical personnel (and without any expectations from one another); and with the “product quality” presented for the inspection of international standards of developed countries, the “rapid service quality” was established in between these two others concepts, and gave rise to the institution’s principle of “consistency in quality”.
There are many different methods for metal surface treatment. The most critical part of this process relating to the painting and coating of metal parts is identifying beforehand the chemical solutions that will be applied to the metal components, and thus ensuring compatibility between chemicals.
Without this preliminary evaluation method, there would not only be a possibility of incompatibility between the chemical solutions to be applied, but the ideal metal treatment method would also remain uncertain. This compatibility is very critical, because the most commonly encountered metal surface processing problem other than application errors is the lack of 100% compatibility with the applied chemical. This may stem from two reasons: either the components of the relevant metal are different than the ones outlined in the report, or the business employs, from the beginning, chemicals which do not contain a formula suitable or compatible for the application environment of the business.
'Prescription'; A preparatory process conducted free of charge that involves two reports. Although it is a technical subject, it simply aims to develop a prescription that lists the content and ratios of the chemicals that must be prepared beforehand in order to develop a protective vaccine specifically designed for the patient, rather than having the patient match the medication.
The sample taken in this context will first be sent to an independent laboratory to obtain a report that is certified by an international quality standard (optical emission spectrometer analysis). The obtained metal report will be compared with the original report, and the relevant metal will be subject to product tests at the central laboratory for the development of a suitable formula.
'Homologation', in other words, the application of a net solution on the relevant sample within the simulator device. The results will be analyzed again, and a “Net Solution” report – which is the final stage of the PROKIM~CHECK~UP triad system – will be prepared and presented to the institution’s relevant authorized official. This prescription with three reports has three basic characteristics:
** Includes the net solution (the chemical component and application method) that will be prepared according to the laboratory alloy results for the metal sample on which application will be performed. ** Solutions based not on a certain brand, but on the chemical contents and quantities that are necessary. ** The “sharing of information” is a consultation service that is entirely free of charge.
